Gino D’Acampo has reportedly been accused of inappropriate behaviour towards a woman on the set of This Morning, and he is now facing fresh sexual harassment claims, which he has strongly denied.
The Italian celebrity chef, 48, is best known for appearing on shows including This Morning, Let’s Do Lunch and Gino’s Italian Escape.
Since 2018 he’s also fronted Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip alongside Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix, which follows the trio visiting various countries and cities and exploring local culture and cuisine.
It has been reported that while working on his food-focused travel show,’he quizzed a producer about her sex life and thrust his crotch at another female staffer.’
MailOnline reported that former colleagues accused him of making ‘lewd gestures and suggestive remarks’ while filming for ITV.
The outlet also reported that insiders at Gordon Ramsay’s company Studio Ramsay – which made the show – also claimed the Italian chef was ‘super difficult’ to work with and upset staff by ‘jokingly flashing’ them.

An ITV spokesperson said: ‘The production companies who make shows for us have primary responsibility for the duty of care of everyone they work with, both on and off-screen.
‘We make clear our expectations when contracting with producers. This includes having appropriate controls in place to enable everyone who works on their shows to confidently and confidentially raise concerns.
‘Where a complaint is made, or serious concerns raised, we expect it to be investigated and if it is found that something inappropriate has happened we expect that action will be taken.’

It was reported that he had a meeting about his behaviour in 2021 but the ‘several complaints’ that were made against the chef were quietly dropped.
One source claimed: ‘It looks more and more as if there has been a cover-up by ITV and the production company.
‘ITV did step in and they had a meeting with Gino’s former manager where allegations of inappropriate behaviour were discussed.’
Another source claimed: ‘He is very touchy-feely, not in an appropriate way, and people did not like it. He’s rude and difficult.’
Last night D’Acampo told MailOnline: ‘I have been completely shocked by, and deny utterly, these awful accusations of sexual harassment and misconduct against me, which are alleged to have taken place years ago during the shooting of Gordon, Gino & Fred.
‘Let me be clear: This did not happen. I take such matters extremely seriously and in particular the suggestion that I have deliberately acted in this improper way against any female employees is deeply upsetting.’

Just last week, D’Acampo was accused of inappropriate behaviour towards This Morning colleague.
According to The Sun, the unnamed woman lodged a complaint to ITV last week over Gino’s alleged behaviour towards her while she worked with him on the set of This Morning from 2006 to 2011.
A source told the publication that Gino’s accuser was spurred on by comments made by BBC’s Masterchef presenter Gregg Wallace.
‘Her view is she is the middle-aged woman who believes young women shouldn’t have to put up with this kind of behaviour any more.’
The source also claimed Gino was ‘younger’ and not as famous when they worked together, and he would say he didn’t want to become more famous because he would ‘have to curtail his behaviour’.
Metro has reached out to ITV and Gino D’Acampo’s representatives for comment.
