To look imposing enough to stand opposite the greatest names in wrestling, from John Cena to Stone Cold to Hulk Hogan, one must have the body of a Greek God. However, as he grew older, his body went through significant wear and tear, but he figured out a way to stay fit to get movie roles.

Meal #2 | Two servings of chicken

A rigorous seven-day diet plan
In 2014, Dwayne Johnson landed a role of Hercules, literally a Greek God. To prepare for that role, Johnson needed to up the ante and take on a seven-day diet plan. It looked something like this, and comes to us from Men’s Health.
Meal #1 | Ten ounces of fillet with four egg whites, 50z (z means fluid ounces) oatmeal or cream of wheat (measured dry) |
Meal #2 | Eight ounces of chicken, two cups of white rice, one cup broccoli |
Meal #3 | Eight ounces of halibut, two cups of white rice, one cup asparagus |
Meal #4 | Eight ounces of chicken, Twelve ounces of baked potato, one cup broccoli |
Meal #5 | Eight ounces of halibut, 1.5 cup white rice, one cup asparagus |
Meal #6 | Eight ounces of fillet, 90z baked potato with salad |
Meal #7 | Thirty grams casein protein, ten egg whites scrambled with onions, peppers and mushrooms |
