Amanda Nunes, Rafael Dos Anjos, Frank Mir React as Paul Craig Earns T/KO as Jamahal Hill Dislocates in Stunning Fashion

Paul Craig scored an impressive T/KO win over Jamahal Hill in the opening fight of the main card. Craig locked Hill in nasty chain submissions and eventually broke his arm. However, as the referee was late to realize the damage on Hill’s arm, he absorbed more punishment from Craig before the referee stepped in to call an end to the fight.

It was a very late stoppage. Hill’s injury is one of the nastiest in the fans’ recent memory. Fighters like Amanda Nunes, Katlyn Chookagian, Rafael dos Anjos, and more took to Twitter to react to that fight.

Fighter reacts to Paul Craig beating Jamahal Hill

Former UFC star James Vick was shocked to see the injury.

Featherweight Shane Burgos, who fought at UFC 262, was clear on his view on the late stoppage.

Katlyn Chookagian was shocked to see that injury.

Former UFC lightweight champion, Rafael dos Anjos, was in awe of Craig’s impressive technique. He, too, commented on the late stoppage.

Niko Price pointed out the recent surge in the rate of broken bones in the UFC. He understands it’s all part of the game, but is not happy to see this trend grow.

UFC two-division women’s champion, Amanda Nunes, too, showed her dismay at the referee.
