Gemma Collins has shared an update on her garden renovation and it involves a series of fancy trees and bushes.

The reality star, 40, revealed that she had bought more trees for the enormous garden at her new Essex mansion – despite already struggling to water the ones that were there.

Gemma shared photos of the huge spiral conifers she had delivered, as well as large circular buxus balls in pots, adding: ‘Love my trees @parrsplants.’

The conifers, which are around eight feet tall and cost around £195 each, could be seen towering over the delivery men who dropped them off, as one was seen lugging one of the heavy buxus balls to its intended location.

The Towie star has previously told fans of the struggles of keeping up the grounds at her stunning new £1.35million house complete with a swimming pool, which she moved into in February.

After moving in, she discovered that the garden was so massive that her hose could not reach the trees on the far end, leading to her enlisting her manager Mark to give her a hand with watering (while wearing a full-on suit of course).

He and another friend then had to ferry jugs of water from the house to ensure the trees at the very end got some water too.

Gemma told her followers at the time: ‘Guys, I don’t know if anyone can help me on a water system. I’ve got Mark watering the plants because I don’t know how to get a hosepipe up this end of the garden.’

She also previously spoke of her passion for her garden, adding: ‘If you want to be happy for a lifetime make your garden beautiful.

‘I have become obsessed with the garden and the healing vibe it brings. I actually would love to do a show on gardening he he what’s happened to me I absolutely love it.’

Here’s hoping the new trees have been put closer to her house than the last lot.
