In some really sweet news, Outlander stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish have moved in together after being friends for almost a decade.

Not only do the duo star in the period drama together, but they have also explored their homeland of Scotland for the series Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham.

The funny pair revealed the news on Instagram and joked that it was ‘the start of a beautiful relationship’.

In the video, Sam and Graham appeared to be sitting in their garden drinking wine as they updated their fans.

‘We do live together now, don’t we?’ Sam said.

Graham replied with a smile: ‘We actually do. It’s very beautiful and we’re not ashamed to talk about it now.’

It was a bit windy as the two men were filming together, as they jostled for position in front of the camera and joked about a hurricane.

Graham commented on their identical blue shirts, saying, ‘We are practically wearing matching colours.’

They also took the opportunity to announce that they will be launching their new book The Clanlands Almanac, which looks at their experience of Scotland while filming Men in Kilts.

The actors began working on Men in Kilts in 2020 and it has been a hit with viewers. The show sees the pair journey across Scotland, learning all about its ‘rich, complex heritage, meeting various local artisans and experts, and experiencing genuine moments of awe and fascination’.
