INSANE! Tai Tuivasa Knocks Out Greg Hardy in Spectacular Fashion and Then Celebrates Stone-Cold Style at UFC 264
UFC 264 was always touted to be one of the greatest MMA events of the year. Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier are headlining the event, making this show one of the most anticipated UFC events of recent times. Other than the fight between Poirier and McGregor, there are a plethora of skilled fighters like Tai Tuivasa and Sean O’Malley competing in the event.
One fight that was expected to be great was the clash between Greg Hardy and Tai Tuivasa. Hardy was coming into the fight on the back of a loss to Marcin Tybura via TKO. While Tuivasa is running high on the back of 2 consecutive victories. ‘Bam Bam’ entered the fight as the favorite and lived up to the expectations.

Tuivasa started the fight with great confidence and knocked out Greg Hardy in a little over a minute.
‘Bam Bam’ straight away went for Hardy’s legs and seemed to wake Hardy up. Hardy responded with some shots of his own and at one point seemed to wobble Tuivasa. Although “Bam Bam” got the last word, dropping Hardy to the ground with a left hand. He followed that up with a barrage of shots to end the fight.

Tuivasa then celebrated in his own spectacular fashion and caught the eye of everyone present there. The celebration clearly showed how much the win meant to Tuivasa and how hard he worked to achieve it.
What next for Greg Hardy and Tai Tuivasa?
With this victory, Tuivasa has now won his last 3 fights and is riding high in the heavyweight division. Ever since Francis Ngannou became the UFC champion, the heavyweight division has been in constant flux.
Therefore, after this victory, ‘Bam Bam’ can hope to face some top-ranked heavyweight fighters and move his way up the division. While for Hardy, this loss would sting a lot, and the fighter would certainly look to get back to winning ways soon.
