Stu Grayson Botches Move, Lands Head First on AEW Dynamite

This week’s AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen had some wild matches on the card. The show kicked off with an epic 10 man elimination match where we saw The Elite take on Hangman Page and the Dark Order.

The match-up came along with some major spots during the match where wrestlers threw their bodies around to get the pop from the live audience, but there was one botch that made everyone for Stu Grayson.

Stu Grayson attempted a top rope springboard move from the apron to outside of the ring, where he missed the spot and landed uncomfortably on the back of his head.

Stu Grayson hits his head on the concrete floor

The 10 man elimination match was focused around the ongoing feud between Kenny Omega and ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, where if his team had won he would have got a chance at Omega’s AEW title.

During the match, wrestler Stu Grayson who is known for his high-flying moves made his way out to the apron where he had to perform a corkscrew moonsault to the outside of the ring.

When Stu launched himself into the air, he missed all the wrestlers outside of the ring and took a nasty-looking bump when he hit his back of the neck flat on the concrete floor and laid there for a while.

The bump looked really awful as the wrestler immediately grabbed his head and this made the sight more uncomfortable for the audience.

Miraculously, Stu got up and had the strength to finish the match, Stu and Gallows got into a brawl where they wrestled outside the ring while the referee was still counting.

Stu later delivered a flying crossbody to Gallow from the barricade and both the wrestlers were counted out of the match.

Stu Grayon and Doc Gallows are counted out. It’s 3-on-3.

Stu Grayson says he is fine after AEW Dynamite

Luckily, after the match, Stu Grayson took to Twitter and addressed his fans saying that he has suffered no concussion and is disappointed how the match ended.

No concussion at all.
