Malin Andersson has announced the joyful news that she is pregnant, more than two years after the death of her baby girl Consy.
The former Love Island star made the announcement on Sunday with an Instagram photo of her and her partner, who hasn’t been identified, making a heart shape with their hands across her baby bump.
It comes more than two years after Consy died just four weeks after her birth, and months after Malin suffered a miscarriage.
Alongside the black and white snap, she said: ‘My next chapter. My new beginning. My happy ending. My entire universe. All mine.
‘I can’t describe to you all how I feel writing this.’
She continued: ‘Everything I’ve ever wanted, everything I visualised. A solid partner in my life, who has been there in the background – witnessed my life over the past 4 years and has stuck by me as a friend.. and now a lover. This couldn’t feel any more right – and we’re now bringing a beautiful soul into this world.
‘My heart feels electric writing this, my eyes tearing up.. because I can promise you all there was once upon a time I never thought I could experience this. I was wrong. It just wasn’t the right time. All the pain I’ve endured has led to this very moment.. my own little family.’
Acknowledging her mother and daughter who have both died, Malin added: ‘Mumma – I know you’re looking down with bright eyes and a big smile. Baby Consy – protect us from above. 🙏🏽
‘This is us now. 🤍.’
The social media influencer was bombarded with sweet congratulatory messages, including one from ex-Love Islander Anna Vakili which said: ‘This made me soo happy!! You deserve it all 🙏🏼 congrats Malin xxx.’
Tracy Beaker actress Dani Harmer wrote: ‘Huge congratulations!!! So happy for you 💜xxxx.’
Former X Factor star Cher Lloyd said: ‘The best news!!! Congratulations.’
Charlotte Dawson joined in: ‘Omg !!!! This is just the best news ever. So happy for you my darling. Your happy ending, you deserve this so much.’

In April this year, the TV star revealed she had suffered a miscarrige.
Sharing the devastating news on Instagram, Malin wrote at the time: ‘Obviously I have disappeared for a bit and I have had hundreds of messages from people asking if I am okay and sending me love. I appreciate every single message and it means a lot that you all want to make sure I am okay…
‘I found out I was pregnant – and I then soon after miscarried. It pains me to talk about this in detail right now due to what happened to Consy.. but I want you all to know that miscarriage doesn’t discriminate and it can happen to anyone. Even when you think you have gone through enough.’

Reassuring fans of her wellbeing, she concluded: ‘I’ll be fine – my strength never ceases to amaze me sometimes but I felt that I needed to share this with you all as I’ve never been one to hold anything back – especially when I know it can help someone else.’
Malin hasn’t officially revealed the identity of her boyfriend but she is believed to be in a relationship with a man called Jared, who was previously a close friend.
