I’m the Leader”: Serena Williams’ Daughter Olympia Turns Chief Scientist With Assistant Dad Alexis Ohanian

American tennis star Serena Williams has been the face of the sport for ages. During this duration, she has contributed largely to tennis. After all these years of dominance, the veteran still continues to have the same hunger she had when she was just emerging on the scene. 

Recently, there was a clip in which Serena Williams’ daughter Olympia was performing a scientific experiment in the company of her father Alexis Ohanian. The entire episode was quite amusing as the youngster was taking charge of operations and called herself the “leader”.

During the interaction, Olympia said, “I’m the leader.” To which Ohanian responded, “Yes, and I am your assistant.” Not long ago, the father and daughter were preparing Tacos. The events that took during the preparation were similar grounds to this scientific experiment, which were quite funny. 

Serena Williams’ clay season was under par 

Coming on to tennis and Serena, she began her season in Melbourne but lost in the semifinal to eventual champion Naomi Osaka. After that, she took a brief break from the Tour and made a return during the clay season in Rome.

However, she was unable to impress with her performances on the surface and as a result, did not make it deep into the French Open. Prior to the Wimbledon Championships, Williams did not play any warm-up event. 

Later at the All England Club, she suffered an opening-round exit as she, unfortunately, ended up twisting her ankle during the first set of the match. We hope to see her competing on the courts again, especially since the US Open is around the corner. We wish her a speedy recovery.
