Love Island’s Faye Winter can be seen questioning the intentions of her co-stars in tonight’s episode, before clashing with Jake Cornish.
Part of their row was teased in the trailer at the very end of last night’s instalment, after the results from the public vote played out, sending Priya Gopaldas and Brett Staniland home.
Following an attempt to figure out exactly which of her fellow Islanders initially voted for her romance with Teddy Soares as least compatible, things seem to come to a head this evening.
‘When people haven’t voiced it and then been our biggest supporter and then been cheering us on and stuff, it does hurt because I do care about your guys’ opinions,’ she tells her beau.
‘I feel hurt by the guys’ decisions, more so because they haven’t given me honest opinions,’ he agrees.
‘So I am going to look at them very differently from here on out. It is what it is.’

Liberty Poole, who also ended up at risk of being booted from the villa with boyfriend Jake, also has the anonymous vote on her mind, but states that she understands why her co-stars put them forward.
‘We knew people might vote for us because of what we’ve been through,’ she says.
‘At the end of the day we knew we’d be an option and we guessed it. We’re fine about it.’
‘Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, it’s as simple as that,’ Jake adds.

However, it doesn’t seem as though it is that simple for him, as a trailer for the episode showed Faye’s suspicions boiling over into overdrive.
Gunning for Jake, she was seen fuming: ‘She is the most genuine person I’ve ever come across in here, and you, outside or in, are a different person and you’re p***ing me off now.’
‘I’m so far done with you Jake it’s unreal,’ she added while storming away from the firepit, as her castmate whispered ‘Jesus Christ,’ under his breath.
Something tells us that the cracks from that anonymous vote will continue to grow…
Love Island continues daily, at 9pm, on ITV2.
