It’s time for the final Grand Slam event of the year, and players are all set to compete at the US Open 2021. It is one of the most looked forwarded tournaments on the Tour and is held in the city of New York. 

As the US Open 2021 is around the corner, let us take a closer look into the details of this event. Many companies sponsor this event as it is an event that grabs a lot of attention. The official partners are American Express and Chase banking organizations, followed by leading airline Emirates and investment banking company J.P. Morgan. Wilson and ESPN are in association too.

Some of the world’s leading companies are associated with US Open 2021

Besides, luxury companies such as Rolex and Mercedes EQ are associated with this event too. Companies such as Deloitte, IBM, Evian, and Ralph Lauren are sponsors too. IHG Hotels and Resorts, Heinekin, Grey Goose, Lavazza, The New York Times, Tiffany & Co. are leading organizations that associate themselves with this tournament. 

The US Open 2021 begins on the 30th of August and will go on till the 12th of September. However, this year the event won’t be graced by the legendary figures, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Sadly, defending champion Dominic Thiem was the latest player to join the list of absentees.

However, big names such as Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev will be seen competing for the ultimate prize. In women’s defending champion Naomi Osaka and World No. 1 Ashleigh Barty will be leading the names. 23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams is expected to compete in this event. 

This year, fans will be allowed to watch the match from the stadiums. Last year, things were different as players competed behind closed doors. We wish all the players the best of luck for this Grand Slam event and may the better play win.
