According to the site Downdetector there appears to be a problem with Disney Plus with the number of problems being reported rising rapidly in the last few hours.

The site indicates that problems are occurring throughout the UK with London appearing to be the worst affected.

The exact extent of the problem or what has caused it is not currently known.

How can I check if Disney Plus is not working?

Subscribers can initially check if the service is working by logging into their account.

Customers should also double check their internet connection as well.

It might also be worth checking the company’s social media accounts for the latest information and updates.

According to Downdetector more than half – 54 per cent – of all reported problems with Disney Plus have been to do with the service’s app.

A total of 28 per cent of problems have been related to the website.

While 18 per cent of issues have been connected to a server problem.
