Britney Spears’ lawyer slams Jamie during court hearing for his ‘unfathomable behavior after eavesdropping on daughter’

BRITNEY Spears’ attorney reportedly demanded her father be suspended from her conservatorship today in the latest hearing in the star’s case.

Britney’s case has returned to a Los Angeles courtroom today, with Judge Brenda Penny potentially set to make a number of bombshell rulings today.

Penny will be pressed to make major decisions on whether to keep Spears’ father on as her conservator, or whether to end the conservatorship altogether.

Spears’ attorney Mathew Rosengart has been aggressively pushing for the ouster of her father Jamie Spears since moments after Penny allowed her to hire Rosengart in July.

And in a major reversal, James Spears, who first sought the conservatorship in 2008 and has been its primary overseer ever since, has filed a petition to end it altogether.

A source told The Sun Britney Spears is not expected to take part in Wednesday’s hearing, but she may “join last minute.”
