Tiger Woods children: How many kids does star have, and are they golfers?
TIGER WOODS is a golf superstar who has won 15 majors, but will any of his kids follow in their dad’s footsteps?
Last year, Woods produced his own redemption story by winning the Masters at Augusta National, clinching his 15th Major.

How many kids does Tiger Woods have?
Woods has two children, his daughter Sam and his son Charlie.
The five-time Masters champion had both of his kids with Swedish model Elin Nordegren, who he was married to for six years between 2004 and 2010.
Daughter Sam was born in June 2002, which makes her the eldest of his two children at 13.
Charlie is 11, having been born in February 2009.
After his Masters win last year, Woods doted on both of his children as he attempted to hold back tears.

“I was just trying to plod my way around all day then all of a sudden I had the lead,” he said.
“Coming up 18 I was just trying to make a five. When I tapped in I don’t know what I did, I know I screamed.
“To have my kids there, it’s come full circle. My dad was here in 1997 and now I’m the dad with two kids there.
Do Tiger Woods’ children play golf?
Woods’ daughter Sam certainly isn’t interested in golf as she is passionately into football, or soccer.
“No, not really,” he told Golf.com when asked if Sam was into golf.
“[Sam and Charlie] are keen into soccer; if they want to play golf, that’s great. If they don’t, that’s fine, too.
“As long as they have a good time playing sports. I find that a lot of fun now, to be able to physically get out and pass the ball around with them.

I get such a big kick out of watching them compete and play. It’s so much fun to see how happy and passionate they are about soccer.”
Charlie, however, is just now starting to get into the sport his dad is a incredible at.
“[Charlie’s] starting to get into it,” Woods told Golf Digest.

“He’s starting to understand how to play. He’s asking me the right questions.
“I’ve kept it competitive with his par, so it’s been just an absolute blast to go out there and just, you know, be with him. It reminds me so much of me and my dad growing up.”
