Here’s Why You NEED to Play Garden of Salvation in Destiny 2 Right Now

Season of the Lost has seen some massive changes in the meta department for Destiny 2. New weapon categories have become quite solid while other variants have become out of the loop, thanks to nerfs and buffs. These changes have caused Guardians to find loot from places that they might have not visited in a long time. This includes the Garden of Salvation Raid, which released with the Shadowkeep expansion in 2019.

This Raid hasn’t been quite popular in Destiny 2 for a long while because of the lack of good loot that players can gain from completing it. Along with that, the Deep Crypt and the Vault of Glass have had better rewards during this timeframe. However, because of the recent meta shifts, some weapon loots of the Garden of Salvation have become quite strong.

Decent rewards from the Garden of Salvation in Destiny 2

In the Garden of Salvation Raid, players can earn some nice weapons like the Ancient Gospel. This includes the 140 RPM Hand Cannon Ancient Gospel, and with the rising buffs for 140s, the situation for these weapons has improved a lot. Plus, Guardians can also receive the Reckless Oracle Auto Rifle also has some great stats. The weapon can come with perks like Outlaw, Kill Clip and even Demolitionist.

Along with that, players can also win a brilliant PvP sniper in the Omniscient Eye. Even though the Rapid Fire Frame Archetype received a nerf, this weapon can still hold its own with some decent rolls. Additionally, the Raid also has the Sacred Provenance as a reward, and it’s the only Aggressive Burst Pulse Rifle in Destiny 2.

Weapons to go after in the Garden of Salvation

However, players might want to go after some specific weapons which will play into the meta in Season of the Lost. This includes the Accrued Redemption Combat Bow, which will have rolls with perks like Elastic String, Rapid Hit and Archer’s Tempo. With these perks, players will have one of the fastest drawing Combat Bows in the game, even though it’s part of the Precision Frame Archetype. So, in the end, the Accrued Redemption draws like a Lightweight Frame. However, it has the accuracy of a Precision Frame Combat Bow.

Fusion Rifles are the biggest winners in Season of the Lost. Following the changes and buffs from Bungie, these Rifles have become the most popular choice for boss DPS in the game. So it should come as no surprise that the Garden of Salvation has an amazing Fusion Rifle in the Zealot’s Reward. It comes with rolls which include perks like Auto-Loading Holster and High Impact Reserves. This is one of the best rolls that fans might not know about, and it can certainly rival the top dogs in Destiny 2 PvE.

With loot like this, players shouldn’t stray away from the Garden of Salvation Raid. So, grab a fireteam, and start farming for weapons like the Zealot’s Reward, Accrued Redemption and many more.
