During an interview, Bolt spoke about the troubles he faced during his last race in his career. As an elite sprinter, it is important to note that he focused on his mental side, as well as his physical side. He recently revealed how an injury dampened his hopes of winning a medal in his last race.

“The only thing that can really mess with me mentally is if I’m not in good shape,” said Bolt about a foot injury which kept him from winning.
