Doc Gallows Details His Training for Becoming Imposter Kane in WWE
Doc Gallows, who was previously known as Luke Gallows in WWE, is currently one half of the Impact World Tag Team Champions with Karl Anderson. Gallows also got Championship glory in WWE. Gallows and Anderson have held the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship twice.
Even though Doc Gallows did not have a great time in WWE, his debut on Raw is worth remembering. Back in May 2006, Gallows had appeared as an imposter Kane and had laid down an attack on The Big Red Monster.
On May 29, 2006, Doc Gallows hit Kane with a chokeslam during his match with Shelton Benjamin on Raw for the Intercontinental Championship.
Well, that was not the only time. He’d attacked The Big Red Monster on many more occasions before they finally battled it out in the ring at the Vengeance pay-per-view. But Doc Gallows had to go a lot of preparations for the match as it was difficult to be the imposter of Kane.
Although Gallows won that match, the storyline ended disappointingly. One night later, after his loss, Kane attacked the Imposter Kane (Doc Gallows) and threw him out of the building after removing his mask.

Doc Gallows reveals what he had to go through before his match with Kane as his imposter
Recently, in an episode of the MCW Cast, Gallows recalled the preparations he had to go through for his feud with Kane. The former WWE superstar revealed he was just 22 during the incident, and also it was his first TV stuff.
He said (h/t: Wrestling Inc.), “You saw a guy, terrible wig and suit. They sent him down to Deep South. That was the developmental I was in. He just taught me all of his stuff, and all of the guys hated me.”
“We did this hard practice, just Power Plant style. Then for the Kane practice, I had to stay behind just eating chokeslams, tombstones, clotheslines off the top rope for two hours,” Gallows added.
The former WWE superstar also claimed it was just to promote the movie (See No Evil) for a month. This tells us that how much hard work WWE put into a storyline. Not only Doc Gallows, but there were also other superstars who worked hard to make this storyline happen.
