WATCH: Novak Djokovic and Grigor Dimitrov Treat Tennis Fans With Trick Shots at Rolex Paris Masters 2021

Trick or Treat is one of the most-anticipated traditions around the time of Halloween. It is an activity where children go door to door asking for candies or a party trick. However, the fun doesn’t belong to children anymore, as Novak Djokovic and Grigor Dimitrov do the trick or treating in tennis style during their practice session at Rolex Paris Masters 2021. Essentially, the duo treated tennis fans with their trick shots.

Without a doubt, both Djokovic and Dimitrov were in a pleasant mood during their practice in Bercy. Accordingly, they exhibited some skills that left every bystander spooked. Later on, even Djokovic responded on their trick shot video with a ghost emoticon.

Novak Djokovic and Grigor Dimitrov Halloween-Special in Paris

First of all, the Serbian World No.1 Novak Djokovic and Bulgarian star Grigor Dimitrov make up for a great matchup. Hence, even though it was only a practice session, the intensity between the two remained unreal.

Interestingly, amidst their practice, the duo displayed some tennis tricks on the court. While Dimitrov directed a lob ball right into his shorts pocket, Djokovic stopped an out ball on his tennis racquet as if it was a magnet.

Furthermore, the 20-time Grand Slam champion even performed a wild celebration at the end of their practice. Djokovic even apologized, stating, “Sorry man, I had to.”

Indeed, it was a significant build-up for the two before the Rolex Paris Masters 1000 began. Besides, it was also a gift for tennis fans from Djokovic and Dimitrov during the ongoing festive season.

More importantly, the 34-year-old Serbian is making a comeback after his US Open 2021 heartbreak. Thus, he will be looking forward to making a positive statement right from the start of the tournament.

Who will Djokovic play first in Rolex Paris Masters 2021?

As the top seed, Djokovic received a bye in the first round. In the second round, he will face the winner between Marton Fuscovics or Fabio Fognini, a tough match nevertheless.

Moreover, Djokovic also has Andrey Rublev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Andy Murray, and others in his half. Hence, he will make a challenging time going all the way to lifting the title for a record-extending sixth time.
