Jake Paul Disrespects Boxing Legends Floyd Mayweather, Muhammad Ali, and Mike Tyson in One Statement
‘The Problem Child’ Jake Paul is not new to boasting his supremacy in a way that may not sit well with the traditional boxing fans. Just four fights down the line, he has already thrown shades at several legendary names of boxing and MMA communities. Starting from Canelo Alvarez to Conor McGregor, the 24-year-old has messed with several people.
Well, he has now claimed to have a greater aura than Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali. Ahead of his December 18 fight against Tommy Fury, Paul threw some verbal bombs and shocked several people.
Jake Paul said, “Nobody from Muhammad Ali to Mike Tyson to Floyd Mayweather was testing themselves as much as I was in my fourth fight.”
“I learned a lot about myself and what I’m capable of and performing under pressure.”
“I look forward to bringing that experience to my next fight.” (H/T:- TheSun.Co.UK)
This isn’t the first time Paul has used legendary names to promote himself. He has been doing it for quite some time now and after amassing a 4-0 record, Paul is already a prizefighter. He has been chiming in a new audience and lots of money into the sport. And hence it makes sense to see him continue. However, he took a step ahead, as he had claimed himself to be in a similar position with Floyd Mayweather, Mike Tyson, and Muhammad Ali in the past.
‘The Problem Child’ said, “As it stands for the kids, I look like Mike Tyson. Your grandpa had Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, your dad had Floyd Mayweather. This generation has Jake Paul”
