WATCH: Dennis Schroder Receives Technical Foul as He Talks Trash to the Lakers Bench
The Boston Celtics ran over the Los Angeles Lakers as they win at home. Despite the return of LeBron James, the Lakers suffered their second loss on the road trip and downgrade to 8-9 for the season. Dennis Schroder put on a show against his former team and let them know towards the end of the game. Likewise, he received a technical foul but the fans loved it.
Jayson Tatum came up big once again having his second 30+ point game in the row. He was on fire all night and led everyone in scoring. All the Celtic starters except Grant Williams scored over 15 points in the blowout win. For the purple and gold, they let the game go in the second half yet again after having a lead of 14 points at one point. They seriously need to go back to the drawing board and resolve their issues.

However, Schroder had a fairytale game against his former side and even took time to talk to the bench.

Dennis Schroder makes the Lakers pay
The Boston Celtics marched to a 130-108 due to an all round performance. However, for Schroder, it was all the more sweet given the slander he received in the off season. So as the teams came out of a timeout, Schroder took his opportunity to talk trash to the Laker bench. His actions resulted in him getting a technical foul, but he made his point.
The Lakers started the game well with a 8 point lead to end the first quarter. The return of LeBron James clearly giving a boost. However, things went downhill as they lost every other quarter from there on. Poor defense remained an issue as the Celtics piled on the points. Anthony Davis was the star performer with 31 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocks. Russell Westbrook had his struggles once again with all three stars sharing the floor as he ended with just 12 points on 5-13 shooting.
Dennis Schroder made the Lakers pay for their decision as he went off for 21 points, 6 assist and 6 rebounds. Tatum was in his rhythm once again topping all scorers with 37 points and 11 rebounds. Marcus Smart and Al Horford combined for 40 points and the Celtics improve to 8-8 for the season.
