Married At First Sight Australia’s Jessika Power said she was ‘dying’ after being rushed to the hospital last night.

The 29-year-old reality star, who was one of the brides in the sixth series of the dating experiment currently airing on E4 in the UK, revealed she is currently battling a kidney infection.

Sharing an update on her health with her followers, Jessika said in a video posted on Instagram: ‘I’m dying, basically.’

Her new boyfriend Filip Ponzanovic played with her blonde locks as she recorded the clip.

‘Filip’s doing my hair, good work bubby,’ she continued. ‘I have a kidney infection for everyone asking as well.’

Jessika initially left fans worried when she shared photos of herself in A&E without explaining why she was there.

She posted pictures of herself in bed wearing a hospital gown and a medical bracelet.

Later she told her followers: ‘I had been in bed with immense pain for four days, Filip was really worried about me.’

Jessika’s trip to the emergency room comes just days after she opened up to Metro.co.uk about her addiction hell following her split from Dan Webb.

‘I was at a really low point, I actually got a really bad Xanax addiction,’ she said. ‘I was drinking a bottle or two of white wine a day on Xanax. It was really bad.’

The star continued: ‘I’ve been through a lot in my life, a lot of bad things. Honestly, that was the hardest time I’ve ever been through, and the one time I couldn’t bring myself out of it. It was pretty scary.’

Married At First Sight Australia airs weekdays at 7.30pm on E4.
