The duo set to represent the country is the 4-time F1 world champion, Sebastian Vettel and his idol Michael Schumacher’s son, Mick Schumacher.
Both Vettel and Schumacher Jr have been enjoying their union on the grid since the start of 2021. The Red Bull world champion, in particular, has pretty much graded himself as a mentor for the Haas rookie.
And there were indeed several occasions where Vettel even helped Schumacher with the car setup or even jumped to his rescue in the stewards’ office; The latter happened following the qualifying session of the Dutch Grand Prix in North Holland.
Well, amidst such a sparkling relationship between the duo, their team up in the Race of Champions is going to be a sight to behold.
When is the 2022 Race of Champions?
The last time Race of Champions took place was back in 2019 in Mexico; The event was further planned for 2020 as well. However, with the pandemic causing numerous troubles around the globe, putting the drivers’ lives in jeopardy was never going to be an option.
