REAL Housewives of New Jersey newbie Caroline Rauseo is divorcing her construction company owner husband Francesco.

Caroline, 49, is joining the upcoming season of RHONJ alongside friend Teresa Giudice and co-stars Jennifer Aydin, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, and Jackie Goldschneider.

The Sun can exclusively reveal Caroline filmed for her debut season amid her ongoing divorce. 

A New Jersey court clerk told The Sun Caroline filed for divorce from her husband Francesco on February 4, 2021. 

The divorce is still active and has not been finalized. 

A source close to the TV star told The Sun: “They were married for 16 years. They have been separated for a year. Their divorce will be finalized soon. They are on good terms.”

Caroline and Francesco share a 16-year-old daughter. 

The insider added she will continue to live in the Fair Haven, New Jersey mansion they shared during their marriage.

The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. 

According to real estate websites, the house is estimated at $1.1million today.

REALITY TV DEBUT

The Sun exclusively broke Teresa‘s longtime friend has been hired.

Caroline confirmed she will be joining RHONJ while at co-star Jennifer’s Charity Masquerade Ball at 46 Lounge in New Jersey earlier this month.

The party was to support non-profit musical theater organization Long Island Musical Theater Festival. 

Caroline exclusively told The Sun: “I have been friends with Teresa for over 25 years. I met Jennifer and Dolores through Teresa and we’re really close. We have established a friendship.”

The New Jersey realtor said filming for her debut season was “exciting.”

She continued: “I can’t say who I fought with right now, but if you watch this season it’s very explosive. There are a lot of exciting moments.”

ANOTHER NEW WIFE

Caroline joining the show has been a rumor for months, as she has posted photos on Instagram with Teresa, Jennifer and Dolores. 

Former football star Tiki Barber’s wife, Traci Lynn, has also been rumored to join the show as a friend.

A source previously told The Sun: “Tiki Barber’s wife Traci Lynn filmed with the cast at Margaret Josephs’ Pride party in Englewood, NJ on Tuesday night.”

Traci and Tiki were also at Jennifer’s event.
