Inside Lewis Hamilton’s $130 Million Real Estate Empire
The primary aspect that rings in our heads when we hear the name ‘Lewis Hamilton’ is Formula 1 world champion. The Briton is one of the most successful drivers the sport has ever witnessed and is on the verge of defeating Michael Schumacher’s long-held title record of 7 F1 titles.
And settling around the path of racing through most of his career and even his life, there is no denying that Hamilton has a massive longing for cars. But, here’s something interesting! Cars and jets aren’t Hamilton’s only range of expertise, as he is also a real-estate kingpin.

Of course, like many drivers, he owns quite a lot of condos, mansions, and other sorts of residences around the world. But, apart from that, Hamilton has also invested in a grand beach resort in Grenada. And indeed, the amount of earnings Hamilton has invested in the field of real estate is absolutely staggering.
Take a look at the properties that Lewis Hamilton proudly presents himself as the owner.
Lewis Hamilton dazzles with exotic real estate properties
Hamilton, as we all know, is the highest-earning driver on the grid at the moment, and might only find himself behind Michael Schumacher in the category of career earnings.
According to Marca, Hamilton is the wealthiest sportsperson in the United Kingdom, narrowly pipping David Beckham and many other active sports figures like Kevin De Bruyne, Gareth Bale, and Anthony Joshua.
It almost looks like Hamilton’s net worth could be well over $250 million out of which half of the investments fall on real estate.
Firstly, his London mansion built in 1860, is likely to be worth around $25 million. Apart from the mansion, the Briton also owns a few exotic apartments and penthouses in New York, Geneva (Switzerland), and Monaco.
They could add up to around $100 million. And his overall investments in real estate could go up to a whopping $130 million

Then, there’s his $30 million worth of investment in the Grenada resort. Overall, the numbers look impeccable and certainly show his love for exotic properties. There could be more such residences under Hamilton’s ownership that we may probably not be aware of.
