Dallas Cowboys and Trevon Diggs Set Twitter on Fire With Fiery Performance Against Saints
The Week 13 opener between Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints featured another crucial interception from Trevon Diggs. The game looked to be uptight throughout but was taken over by the Cowboys. It is due to four Taysom Hill interceptions during the game, three of which came in the last quarter.
It was a night of disaster for the Saints as they faced their fifth consecutive loss, pushing them down to the bottom of the NFC South below the Panthers, with a mere 5-7 record so far this season. However, the Saints were also massively shorthanded. They played without the likes of ‘QB1, RB1, WR1, TE1, RT1, LG1, and LT1 on offense’ on Thursday night.
Trevon Diggs delivers again for the Dallas Cowboys
Four interceptions plagued the new Orleans Saints, three of which came in the last quarter of the game that crippled them for yet another loss of the season. And since the Cowboys pulled off an interception escapade, it’s not much to assume that Trevon Diggs had come up with one as well.

Trevon Diggs amazingly overturned a pass that was meant for D. Harris, making it the third for quarterback Taysom Hill in the fourth quarter of the game. That pick was the ninth interception for the cornerback this season, making him take the lead for the most interception, standing just above the New England Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson.
Furthermore, with five more regular-season games to go for the Cowboys and a whole offseason waiting for them, it seems the 23-year-old is on track to break the record for the most interceptions made in a season. Currently, Night Train Lane holds this record with 14 interceptions in the 1952 season. And since Trevon Diggs continues to deliver at a consistent scale, Twitter was set on fire after his ninth INT.

It’s just now December, and both the rookie sack record and the single-season interception record are in play for Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs, respectively.

Trevon Diggs can catch like a WR but he sure as heck tackles like one, too.

Plagued offense of the New Orleans Saints
Several injuries have plagued the New Orleans Saints‘ offense. The Saints still tried to keep a close game until the interceptions started to take them away from a victorious stance. Taysom Hill was the quarterback for the Saints Thursday night as head coach Sean Payton experimented with the position benching Trevor Siemian.
So, Saints will be without QB1, RB1, WR1, TE1, RT1, LG1 and LT1 on offense tonight.

Twitter would be wild tonight if the Saints without half their starting O-line, top QB, WR, TE, and RB take down the Cowboys.
It’s unlikely, but man it would be hilarious.

Although that experiment proved to be a disaster in the end, and the Cowboys jumped back with a win Thursday night, the Saints drop down below with a five-game losing streak.
