WATCH: McLaren F1 Duo Norris & Ricciardo Share a Jolly Moment in Saudi Arabia
The Paddock has arrived in Jeddah for the much-awaited Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. The teams are looking forward to ending this season on a high note with just two races to go. However, before the weekend is kicked off and the racing begins, drivers are having some fun out there. Mclaren driver Lando Norris got in on the act as well.
Mclaren had a strong finish in Monza earlier this season, the only 1-2 finish for any team this year. Parallels are being drawn between the two tracks because of their fast nature, and Mclaren is expected to perform well in Jeddah.
Lando Norris is having some jolly moments
The season is nearing its closure and drivers are out there to make the most of it. Norris and Ricciardo are some of those rare teammates who hang out really well off the track. Although the young Brit has largely outperformed the Aussie star on the track this season, they never fail to give some jolly moments together.

The two jovial characters reunited before the race weekend in Jeddah and Norris could not help but troll Ricciardo. The 22-year old uploaded a video of the Aussie while they were sitting for an interview, preparations of which were underway. He used a ‘silly face’ filter while making a video of Ricciardo, who thought Norris was clicking his picture. Lando uploaded that video with a caption saying “Awwww” and fans are all for it.

Expectations from Mclaren in Jeddah
Mclaren is sitting comfortably on the fourth spot in the constructors’ standings. Nevertheless, they still have an outside chance of beating Ferrari and this weekend has a crucial role to play. The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is expected to be quite close to Monza in terms of speed, and fans are wondering if the team can pull off a Monza performance again.

However, Ricciardo doesn’t feel that way. He believes the track is quite like no other and different elements resemble different tracks. “It gets compared to a Monza setup but I feel it’s a very different track, I don’t know if there is anything quite like this circuit at the moment,” said the 32-year old during the drivers’ press conference.

Needless to say, Mclaren and Ricciardo would be looking to bag some crucial points in this penultimate race and putting up a challenge to Ferrari.
