SOURCE: Tiger Woods Planning to Take a Call on PNC Championship Participation With His Son Charlie

Tiger Woods recently made his first-ever public appearance since his solo car crash in February. However, he did not reveal the exact date or tournament name for his comeback. Tiger said he still needs a bit of time to recover completely before competing on the Tour once again. But according to a source, Woods is considering teeing up at the PNC Championship alongside his son Charlie.

Meanwhile, PNC Championship is a 36 hole event where the father/son team up and competes against others. Hence, this event is all set to begin in two weeks, with plenty of prominent names teeing up. But what about Tiger? Is he considering playing the PNC Championship? Let us find out.

Moreover, he is planning to make an official decision after hitting balls, playing golf, and then evaluating his body and swing Tiger will make a decision. Hence, in short, Tiger looks close to ready for PNC Championship. But this doesn’t make his PGA Tour return imminent. He still has a lot of time remaining to gain enough strength in his leg to walk 18 holes thru four days. But as far as his swing is concerned, it still looked impeccable.

He recently shared a video on his social media platforms where his iron swing looked flawless. Furthermore, he was also snapped swinging a fairway wood on the practice range at the Hero World Challenge. Meanwhile, according to the reports, the organizers have also left a spot open for Tiger. So it is up to him now to decide whether or not to compete.
