Sally Nugent accidentally flashes someone else’s ‘naked bottom’ on BBC Breakfast – despite warning from bosses

Sally Nugent accidentally flashed a ‘naked bottom’ during today’s BBC Breakfast, despite a clear warning from bosses.

No, it was not her own.

During today’s BBC Breakfast with Dan Walker – who brought his co-host close to tears after his exit from Strictly Come Dancing – Sally made the mishap while even discussing how she was trying to avoid the blunder.

After going through the day’s biggest stories from the newspapers, Sally said: ‘I think we’ve got time for one more little story from inside the papers, I’m being told we have.’

Holing up a copy of The Telegraph, there was a large yellow note across the page.

‘I’m mainly going to show this because of the note left on top of it for me, I don’t know if you can see that,’ she grinned, before reading out the message which said: ‘”Watch out for naked bottom at the back of this!” which is why it’s so carefully folded.

‘But the story is actually about…’

Dan swiftly interrupted, noticing Sally was still holding up said naked bottom to an audience of millions.

‘Well don’t turn it around the other way then!’ he panicked.

Somehow, Sally just didn’t get it and carried on reading the report about smiling with the derriere on full display.

However, today’s show was all about Dan’s exit from Strictly, with the presenter paying a heartfelt tribute to his professional partner Nadiya Bychkova after they just missed out on a spot in the semi-final after weeks of backlash from vie trolls angry at their place in the competition.

He said: ‘I know there’s some people that get angry every week that we managed to stay in but the overwhelming love and the lovely comments have far outweighed all of that.

‘I think the right people are in the semi-finals, the best four dancers in the competition. My time had come to an end, there’s no way I could compete.

‘But to get to the quarter-finals of Strictly having never danced before when I started is amazing and that’s all down to Nadiya, who is just brilliant.

‘I feel that it’s always been a privilege to be part of the biggest show on telly, other than BBC Breakfast of course.’
