Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, it has been claimed.
The 54-year-old – husband of RHOBH cast member Dorit Kemsley – was reportedly pulled over by police while driving by himself in LA on November 23, after drinking wine at dinner.
According to DailyMail.com, he was given a breathalyzer test and blew a 0.081, with the legal limit in California a 0.08.
He was allegedly arrested and taken to a police department in Van Nuys at 12am, where he blew a 0.073 when tested again.
He was reportedly held at the police station for an hour before the California Highway Patrol drove him back to the Encino Hills home he shares with Dorit and their two children, Phoenix and Jagger.
PK’s lawyer Alan Jackson told the publication: ‘PK was arrested and cited on November 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, PK consumed a glass of wine with dinner.

‘Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit. He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening.
‘PK takes the allegations extremely seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities. This would mark the first and only such incident in PK’s long driving history.
‘He has learned a valuable lesson.’
PK and Dorit have not addressed the reports publicly, but have both been active on social media.

It has been a tough few months for the pair, after they suffered a terrifying break-in at their home.
The mum-of-two reportedly had her life threatened by three men at gunpoint, with their kids sleeping in the property at the time.
They allegedly ransacked the home for 20 minutes before leaving with the reality star’s jewelry and handbags.
LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division is investigating the incident.

Speaking of her ordeal in a recent Extra interview with former co-star Teddi Mellencamp, she recalled: ‘There was someone else who said, “Just kill her, just kill her already, just kill her,” and all I could think of [was], “I have to save those babies”.
‘I begged them, I begged for my life, and begged for their life.’
‘I fought for mine and my kids’ lives, and I got lucky,’ she added. ‘My kids didn’t wake up and they don’t know anything about it.’
