I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant David Ginola has revealed he missed ‘making love’ while living it up in Gwrych Castle.

The former footballer, 54, left the ITV reality series in fourth place, with Emmerdale’s Danny Miller winning the show in last night’s grand finale and Coronation Street’s Simon Gregson coming second.

‘What I missed most was making love — especially when you do it every day,’ David confessed. Cheeky.

David is currently in a relationship with French model Maeva Denat, who is 22 years his junior and the couple welcomed a baby daughter in 2018.

Maeva and David were first linked in 2016 when they were photographed holding hands in Paris.

He already has two grown-up children with his ex-wife Coraline Delpin – son Andrea, 27, and daughter Carla, 23.

David and Coraline married in 1991, and then split in 2016.

The star also told The Sun: ‘I missed food, because rice and beans is good for a few days but after two and a half weeks… You know, I don’t think I’m going to eat beans for the rest of my life.

‘The cold was really a massive aspect of life in the castle. I don’t know what you do in your country, but you have so much water. I mean, it’s just amazing. Every day it was rain.’

I’m A Celebrity presenters Ant and Dec announced Danny had won the competition in scenes that aired on Sunday evening.

Danny was handed the winner’s sceptre and a floral crown before being named King of the Castle.

‘I mean honestly, from the bottom of my heart and my family’s heart – thank you so much, this is just the best thing that’s ever happened to me, bar my son,’ he said. ‘So yeah, I can’t believe it, I’m shocked.

‘I never thought I’d be in this position, I barely thought I’d make it through the first two or three votes or so.’
