Ipswich Town next manager odds – Frank Lampard and John Terry prices slashed, bookies appoint Neil Harris favourite
IPSWICH TOWN are still searching for a new managerial appointment following last week’s departure of Paul Cook.
And Neil Harris has emerged as the frontrunner at 2/1 after a massive shake-up in the betting market over the last 48 hours.

The 44-year-old remains a free agent having been sacked by Cardiff in January after six straight defeats.
But his CV remains of interest to Ipswich having secured promotion with Millwall and guided Cardiff to the Championship play-off semi-finals.
Furthermore, Harris recently revealed that he’s looking for a new project and described Ipswich as a ‘great challenge’.
He told TalkSPORT: “I’m looking for a project to get back in. I really enjoyed my time managing in the Championship… but I really enjoyed League One as well.”
Asked about the vacant position at Portman Road, Harris added: “It’s a brilliant football club. It’s a great challenge for somebody to go in and hit the ground running.
“Ipswich is certainly a club that deserves to be in the league above and fighting to get in the Premier League.”

Neil Warnock is second in the betting market at 5/2 with some suggesting he could be a good short-term solution for the club.
Marc Bircham has drifted from 4/5 to 4/1 over the weekend but there’s been a significant move for Chelsea legend John Terry.
Terry, who left Aston Villa in July to pursue his career in senior management, has shortened from 16/1 to 5/1 with BetVictor.
John McGreal was appointed caretaker and managed to claim a point against high-flying Wigan over the weekend.

But the 49-year-old understands his assignment will be temporary.
He said: “I’m here for a couple of games, see where that goes and then see what the new manager is going to do.
“My remit is literally to come in, try and energise the lads, try and get a couple of good results.”
McGreal remains in interim charge and will in all likelihood lead the Blues into their FA Cup second round replay at Barrow on Wednesday.
