Revealed: Bubba Wallace Puts in Special Effort for 23XI Racing’s New Sponsor Wheaties as Michael Jordan is Honored
A few days ago, the 23XI Racing team penned a sponsorship contract with cereal brand Wheaties. In fact, the team teased the sponsorship by tagging them on social media. Now, the 1-year-old organization is planning something special for the brand’s 100th anniversary. Driver Bubba Wallace will also be involved in the celebration, and his job is to act as a delivery boy.
Apparently, the 100th-anniversary boxes will feature an image of NBA legend Michael Jordan on the box. Then, Bubba Wallace is expected to hop into a special Toyota Camry to deliver the boxes in Charlotte. This is primarily intended as a tribute to Jordan. This will be the 19th time he will feature on the box and the commemoration is expected to last the whole year.

Wheaties senior brand experience manager Kathy Dixon said, “A modern-day legend and inspiration for champions of all ages. Michael Jordan is an incredible athlete, humanitarian and entrepreneur. We are so proud to launch the next box in our anniversary series honoring one of the greatest sports stars and most-decorated Wheaties athlete in history.”
Bubba Wallace and 23XI Racing hope to build on their 2021 performance
Last year, Wallace and the 23XI Racing team had a decent campaign. It culminated in a surprise victory at the Talladega Superspeedway. Now, the African-American driver will be aiming to improve his and the team’s performance from there. Without a doubt, that win is merely a trailer of the outfit’s potential.

With Kurt Busch joining the team next year, things could be even better; his experience could be a blessing for the fledgling team. Bubba Wallace can learn a lot from the 2004 NASCAR Cup Series champion. Together, they will hope to challenge for the Playoffs in 2022. It will be fascinating to see how the new season pans out for the team.
