VIDEO: Insane Head Kick by Heavyweight Justin Tafa Stuns Everyone in the First Round at UFC Fight Night
Justin Tafa made headlines for all the wrong reasons leading up to his fight against Harry Hunsucker at UFC Vegas 45. Tafa became the first heavyweight in UFC history to miss weight for a fight. ‘Bad Man’ came in at 267-pounds a pound over the division’s weight limit for a non-title fight. However, after his performance tonight, a missed weight cut will be the last thing fans remember.

‘Bad Man’ secured a stunning first-round knockout win over ‘The Hurricane’ to put to an end a two-fight skid. The preliminary card was stacked with a few incredible performances and finishes. However, Tafa makes a strong case for making an extra $50,000 tonight.
Justin Tafa bounces back into the win column
Tafa started off the fight well, in the two minutes that the fight lasted, he was quick to beat Hunsucker to the punch. It was evident from early on that Hunsucker’s game plan was to get the fight to the ground, where he would have the advantage. However, Tafa did a good job of keeping the fight on the feet.
The finishing sequence saw ‘The Hurricane’ shoot for a desperate takedown. Once Tafa managed to stuff the takedown, he pushed Hunsucker towards the fence. As soon as Hunsucker lifted his head back up, a perfectly timed leg kick sent him straight to the canvas. Tafa walked away as soon as he landed the kick, knowing that this fight was done.
