Adele and ex-husband Simon Konecki are thought to have finalised their divorce, two years after their split.

The Someone Like You singer, 32, and 46-year-old CEO – who share son Angelo – announced their relationship had ended in 2019, following a seven-year romance.

According to Us Weekly, their separation has been made official after a judge signed off on the settlement on Thursday.

The publication states they chose to ‘represent themselves’ in the case, and determined the rights to their community property and debts through mediation.

The former couple, who are notoriously private, are yet to speak publicly over the development.

Adele and Simon first met in 2011, and welcomed their son the following year.

There was intense speculation that they had secretly tied the knot in 2017 when they were spotted flashing wedding rings – with the star confirming the ceremony at the Grammy’s by referring to Simon as her ‘husband’ during her acceptance speech.

It wasn’t to last, with her spokesperson confirming their relationship had ended in April, 2019.

’Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly,’ they said at the time.

‘As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.’

Adele and Simon have stayed close since the split in a bid to co-parent Angelo, and reportedly live across the street from each other in LA.

A source told People last year: ‘They are doing what’s best for Angelo. Her son is her world.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted Adele’s reps for a comment.
