WWE Legend Loses His Twitter Verified Badge After WWE Release
2022 started off in a disappointing manner for the WWE legend Road Dogg.
Recently, WWE released the WWE Hall of Famer in a shocking round of events. WWE also released William Regal, Ryan Katz, and many others recently.
Road Dogg’s release came as a shock for several people, considering the fact that he worked with WWE for a long time.
But following his WWE release, the WWE Hall of Famer faced an issue on Twitter.
Shockingly, Road Dogg lost his Twitter verification status. The WWE Hall of Famer took to Twitter to let everyone know that he is back on Twitter but unfortunately had lost his Twitter verification status and his employment status.

“This is the same Brian James aka RoadDogg I just lost my verified status and my employment status lol I’m back on Twitter now,” Road Dogg wrote in the caption.

Road Dogg returned to WWE after 10 years in 2011
After parting ways with WWE in 2001, Road Dogg returned in 2011. He even took part in the 2012 Royal Rumble match. But unfortunately, he lasted for nearly five minutes.
Later in 2013, he reunited with Billy Gunn and they started wrestling in tag team matches as The New Age Outlaws once again. At the 2014 Royal Rumble Kick-off show, they defeated Goldust and Cody Rhodes to win the WWE Tag Team Championship.
But later, they lost the title to The Usos during an episode of Monday Night Raw in March 2014. Following their loss, they teamed up with Kane to battle The Shield at WrestleMania XXX, but they ended up on the losing side.
Following WrestleMania XXX, Road Dogg worked as a producer and writer on SmackDown. Later, from May 2019 till his WWE release, the WWE legend taught classes on in-ring promos and character development at WWE Performance Center.
What next for the WWE Hall of Famer?
One destination where Road Dogg might end up next following his WWE release might be AEW. Considering the fact that Billy Gunn is currently signed to AEW, we might see a reunion of The New Age Outlaws in AEW if Road Dogg ends up in Tony Khan’s company in the future.
In recent times, we have seen a few WWE Legends signing with AEW. But there is no confirmation yet if Road Dogg is going to follow in that same path. Do you want to see the WWE Hall of Famer in AEW in the future?
