Traffic Cone has got us all guessing (Picture: ITV)
It’s time to get those thinking caps on again because TV’s favourite guessing game – The Masked Singer – is back to spreading joy on Saturday nights – but who on earth is behind Traffic Cone?
With Joel Dommett returning to front the show, 12 mystery celebrities have donned elaborate costumes and burst into song, in their bid to outwit judges Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan and Davina McCall – as well as try and baffle the folks at home.
But among those left showing off their moves on the stage is Traffic Cone – but just who is hiding behind that distinctive looking outfit?
Here’s the clues we’ve been given so far to their identity…

Aled Jones

Some fans reckon they’ve heard Aled’s distinctive voice, and a couple of the other clues point towards him too.
Taking a break from singing as a child, Aled concentrated on tennis for five years and became a county level player – so the tennis clues would definitely make sense.
Peter Andre
Some viewers think Peter could be unveiled (Picture HGL/GC Images)
The clue of ‘taking his top off’ for a living, appeared to spark some alarm bells for Mo, who thought it could point to Peter Andre.
But is Peter really behind the person behind Traffic Cone?
Rick Astley
Could Rick have been bluffing? (Picture: Dave Simpson/WireImage)
Traffic Cone gave us a beautiful rendition of Never Gonna’ Give You Up, Rick’s hit song.
However, some think this is actually a massive red herring, convinced it could actually be the singer hiding behind the costume.
Chris Kamara

Chris was one of the guesses from the panel tonight, with some believing the masked star was ‘young at heart’ after showing off a serious set of pipes.
The ex-footballer and pundit could link in with some of the clues, and has previously dabbled with singing when he released a Christmas album too.
Michael Ball
Michael Ball sure does have a stellar voice (Picture: John Stillwell/WPA Pool/Getty Images)
Davina predicted that Traffic Cone’s grey moustache and eyebrows could be a hint at the singer’s age.
As she took his theatrical voice into account, she hastened a bet that it might be West End star Michael Ball.
Bradley Walsh
Could it be The Chase host? (Picture: Rex)
Having sung Back For Good by Take That, the judges pondered over whether it could be Bradley Walsh, considering the presenter has brought back several TV shows in his career.
Robbie Williams
Robbie is known for not taking himself too seriously (Picture: Sascha Steinbach/Getty Images)
While it might seem a bit too on the nose for Robbie Williams to have sung a Take That song as Traffic Cone, he is known for being silly – not to mention releasing a song called Candy, which fits with one of the clues.
But are any of these guesses on the right track? We’ll soon see…
