Lennon released the famous solo back in 1971. The song focuses on preaching peace, living a non-materialistic life, and shutting down anger or violence in the world. It received rave reviews from all corners of the world. It was one of the best-selling songs in the world as people still listen to it on a daily basis. Thus, with the fun and frolic of the Winter Games, the organizers placed the song to perfection with the backdrop of skiing.
