I ordered a gorgeous ball gown for prom but when it turned up it was so bad people thought I had it on inside out

A WOMAN was left mortified after the gorgeous ball gown she ordered for prom arrived looking like it had been turned ‘inside out.’

TikTok user Naomi Elliott, 18, shared a snap of the elegant powder blue dress she had ordered on her account.

The product shot showed a stunning full-skirted gown with an elegant overlay of a diamante fitted bodice, sure to make anyone the belle of the ball.

While Naomi didn’t share the exact price of her dress, similar designs are being sold online for around £45.

However, when the item arrived, it left a lot to be desired.

Naomi shared a second snap of herself wearing her dress which looked nothing like what she had ordered.

The skirt was an entirely shade of blue and made out of a cheap crumpled material whereas the bodice was nothing more than a simple white cotton vest.

Naomi’s video has since gone viral, amassing over 1.2 million views, leaving her followers in stitches.

Commenting, one wrote: “Among other things… is it inside out????”

“Girl wearing bed sheets,” wrote another, while a third added, “This isn’t even a catfish anymore, that’s a hate crime.”
