Jacqueline Jossa has denied having a ‘confrontation’ with a fellow reveller at the Brit Awards, claiming paps were ‘trying to get pictures of a scandal.’

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the former EastEnders star, 29, who wowed at the event in a dazzling white top and coordinating trousers, took issue with the claims that she’d become frustrated while waiting in line to see Ed Sheeran perform at the event.

In the pics, she was joined by her husband Dan Osborne, 30, who looked dapper in an all-black ensemble.

After reports claimed she had a ‘heated exchange’ while waiting in line, she wrote on her stories: ‘Can’t go anywhere without my moody straight face coming out and ruining it.

‘I had a lovely time. Me and my pals had a sensational time, dancing, laughing and making memories. Also Daniel came with us.’

The actress then posted a video to add: ‘I would queue for three hours to watch Ed Sheeran and that is not a f*****g lie.

‘So there was no mood because I was in a queue or anything like that.’

The mum-of-two revealed how as they were waiting to go inside, she heard people behind talking about them, noting it was her ‘pet peeve.’

She said: ‘It’s my least favourite thing about being the public eye and being someone that people might recognise.

‘I find it really annoying when people talk about you whilst you’re there. There were people behind us and they were really talking about us, slagging off some other people and saying some not very nice things, and we just have to accept it.’

She added: ‘I wouldn’t normally accept that but because I’m in the public eye I can’t say anything.’

In a statement to Mail Online, Jacqueline’s reps said: ‘Jacqueline had a great night and there were no issues at all.

‘In the pictures she is talking to one of the bosses of In The Style, who is a very close friend and colleague of hers. They had a brilliant night.’

In October 2021, the mum-of-two shared she ‘loves arguing sometimes’ as she revealed an insight into rows she’s had with her partner Dan.

Admitting they can be immature, Jacqueline said that during one argument, in the heat of a debate, her husband threw ‘freezing cold water’ on her.

Speaking to Vicky Pattison on her podcast The Secret To, the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star said: ‘I love arguing sometimes, it’s the dramatic in me.

‘When I’m not in EastEnders anymore and letting all that anger out, screaming and shouting, sometimes I do like it!’

‘We’re well past it now,’ she said. ‘The other day he chucked water on me, that’s how he argues.

‘I was fuming at him … and then he threw freezing cold water all over me straight after I showered!

‘And that’s how we argue now, we haven’t got the energy to have the big blow-up arguments anymore!’
