Alison Hammond hints at permanent This Morning shake-up as she celebrates partnership with Josie Gibson

ALISON Hammond teased about there being a permanent shake-up at This Morning.

The presenter – who hosts Fridays with Dermot O’Leary – was giddy today as she welcomed her close pal Josie Gibson to the show.

Josie stepped in to cover Dermot, who Alison said was having a “well-earned day off”.

As they introduced a new game called What The Hack, Alison read on the autocue it would be for “first and last time”.

But she added: “Well I don’t think it’ll be the last time.”

Alison said: “Also today, Matt Edmondson will be putting Josie and I to the test when we play our guessing for the very first time, and probably the last time.”

Josie went on to point out they had taken over with their regional accents.

She said: “A few years ago, who would have thought a Brummie and Bristolian would be presenting This Morning?”

The pair also pointed out they were both Big Brother contestants.

Alison then joked she was the show “loser”, while Josie won her series.
