Piers Morgan has finally shared the title of his highly-anticipated talk show, which vows to ‘cancel’ cancel culture.
Tuesday March 9 saw the outspoken commentator quitting Good Morning Britain following a heated exchange between weatherman Alex Beresford, over his controversial comments about Meghan Markle’s mental health.
Piers confirmed his return to the small screen with a brand-new show that promises to deliver ‘exceptional talent’.
But when is the show starting and who else in involved?

With March 9 2022 marking a year following his notorious exit from Good Morning Britain, Piers released the first promo of his highly-anticipated talk show, titled Piers Morgan Uncensored.
In the short clip, he was shown watching the moment he stormed off GMB, before addressing the camera to explain what his new show is going to be all about.
‘A year ago today, I was forced to leave a job that I loved at the peak of its success for having the audacity to express an honestly held opinion. Well this shouldn’t happen in any democracy supposedly built on the principles of free speech and freedom of expression,’ he said.
‘So I’m delighted to now be returning to live television with a new prime-time show whose main purpose will be to cancel cancel culture which has infected societies around the world.
‘I want it to be a platform for lively, vigorous debate, the newsmaking interviews, and that increasingly taboo three-letter word – fun. I also want it to annoy all the right people. I’m Piers Morgan, uncensored.’
In his tweet releasing the trailer, Piers wrote: ‘*ANNOUNCEMENT* Trigger warning: I’m back.. and I’m uncensored.’

Although the broadcaster spent a large chunk of the year dealing with the fall-out over his remarks made about the Duchess of Sussex, Piers also spent the last half of the year working on his big comeback.
The controversial episode, which currently has over three million views on YouTube, sparked 57,121 complaints to Ofcom, rising above the initial number of 41,000 viewer complaints recorded at the time.
A statement from the regulator said: ‘We can confirm that this issue has attracted the highest number of complaints since our reporting began.’
Although he wasn’t overly concerned by the Ofcom debacle, the regulator eventually ruled that Piers was entitled to share his opinions in September 2021.
Piers even offered Meghan Markle an olive branch, by inviting her to be the first guest on his self-titled show.
‘If Meghan Markle’s watching – I’m sure she is – if you want to be my first guest, we have a bit of unfinished business. I’m available,’ he quipped.

We still don’t have an official release date yet, but Piers has graciously kept us in the loop, so we know he’ll make that final announcement soon.
The forthcoming television channel is expected to begin broadcasting in the spring.
The broadcaster recently shared a picture of his swanky new studio online, while promoting the brand-new series.
‘BREAKING: First (very early) glimpse of my spanking new work home,’ he wrote.
‘If you judge a man by the size of his studio then I’ll be MASSIVE when my new global daily prime-time TV show launches in a few weeks. ps relax, those aren’t actually dance-floor lights… 🕺.’
TalkTV will air on weeknights in the UK, US, and Australia.

Considering the journalist has interviewed everyone from Cristiano Ronaldo to Matt Hancock, we can expect to see an array of star-studded guests on his show.
Several notable presenters have been confirmed for TalkTV, including Mike Graham, Trisha Goddard, Julia Hartley-Brewer, Jeremy Kyle, and Robert Rinder.
Erron Gordon, a former GMB producer, has been announced Executive Creative Director at News UK Broadcasting and will join Piers on his programme.
Piers welcomed his appointment, saying: ‘I only want the very best working on my new show and after the five years we spent together on Good Morning Britain, I know Erron is the most talented TV director in the country.
‘So, I’m absolutely delighted he will be joining us on this exciting new challenge.’
How to watch in the UK?

The show will air on the newly-announced TalkTV channel in the UK, Fox Nation in the US, and Sky News Australia.
Piers’ latest and biggest project to date will offer ‘a mix of programming from News UK’s stable of household brands’ covering news, sports, entertainment, and current affairs with a sprinkling of opinion and debate.

Promoting his brand new-series, which is set to be on our screen this spring, the TV star joked: ‘I’ll be a tri-continent irritant which is something I’ve been aspiring to be for quite some time… If you’ve missed me on morning TV, I’m sorry, I’ll be back very soon.’
Piers Morgan Uncensored will premiere this spring on TalkTV.
