Mom was mortified when she found what the ‘lemonade’ she sent to school in her kid’s lunch REALLY was
MIDDLE school and junior high lunches are usually pretty uneventful.
You bring the lunch that your parent packed for you, you eat it, socialize, and go on with your day.

But a woman named Hailey Marie Ferris, who goes by @HaileyMarieFerris on TikTok, said there was a point in time when her school lunches were a little abnormal thanks to an innocent mistake her mother made.
In the clip, Hailey, who is now an adult, began by explaining that her mother had been oblivious to the mistake made during her childhood until now.
“My mom had no idea that this happened until I made this video and sent it to her,” she said.
“Now she’s freaking out because she’s like, ‘Everyone’s going to think I’m a bad mom.’ She’s amazing, and in her defense, she doesn’t drink alcohol. She’s been sober for 24 years.”
Because of this sobriety, Hailey never grew up around alcohol and considers herself a “goody two-shoes.”
She recounted the story:
“Anyways, the only reason these were in our house—and they were in the back fridge, like a garage fridge—is because my older sister’s husband was living with us, and he was 21 of course.
“Anyways, for three days, I brought Mike’s Hard Lemonade to school,” she said, referring to the alcoholic beverage.

“I never got in trouble, and no teacher ever found out.
“The only reason I even found out was because after the fact a friend told me. I freaked out, again goodie two-shoes.”
She swore her friends to secrecy and planned to take it to her grave.
“I spent two weeks with crippling anxiety, so paranoid that someone was going to find out, or I was going to get expelled, or kicked out of school for the rest of my life, get my a** kicked by my mom.
“I don’t know. I didn’t want anyone to know that I drank alcohol.

“And they were disgusting too so I should’ve realized something was wrong with them. But I figured, they had been in the fridge for so long so they were probably just old.”
In the comments section, Hailey revealed that she was either in 7th or 8th grade when the incident occurred.
