I’m a Chili’s worker – here’s what happens when we overcook chocolate molten cake
A CHILI’S server has revealed what happens when one of their famous chocolate molten cake is overbaked.
TikTok users were scandalized after the employee posted a video where they slyly cover the overcooked dessert with toppings to serve it anyways.

The server made a TikTok under the name @fortheloveof_money which shows them preparing a chocolate molten cake.
But the overcooked desert has collapsed in the middle.
So the server uses a bottle of liquid chocolate to fill the gap, and then quickly covers it up with caramel and ice cream to conceal their handiwork.
“When you over cook the molten cake,” the Chili’s employee wrote on the video with the caption, “haven’t had a complaint yet.”

But lovers of the signature dessert item cringed as the server attempted to fix their mistake.
“Not even plated that nicely,” one user said.
“This is illegal,” someone else said.
Another person commented “meanwhile mine yesterday was still frozen.”

Other TikTok users were quick to compliment the server’s strategy and said the dessert probably tastes fine.
“Tbh looks good,” someone commented.
“I’d still eat it,” someone else said.
“I just put ice cream on it & send it out regardless,” said another user who apparently worked at Chili’s.
Another person said “I have found my people.”

This comes as one USPS employee warned that some items sent in envelopes can jam their machine and get lost forever.
Apparently, there is a machine that sorts people’s envelopes very quickly, unless the envelope contains small items like “coins, cards, keys and jewelry” user @secretsofusps said on TikTok.
These items have the potential to be ripped out of their envelopes if they do not fit in the sorting machine.
The USPS employee then revealed that the post office offers a solution to the problem through “non-machinable stamps.”
