Rylan, who split from his hubby Dan Neal last year, has even offered to take Chatty Man Alan, who parted ways from ex Paul Drayton in January after 13 years, out on the pull, when they feel ready.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Rylan said: “Alan and I know each other very well, we’ve both discussed what we’ve been going through as it’s a similar situation. It’s actually quite nice to have a chat with someone who knows what it’s like.

“I can’t wait to take Alan on a night out to wingman him. I think he’d like to get buff too – he was feeling up my new muscles, left right and centre.”

Rylan also revealed he’d love ex Strictly dancer Alijaz Skorjanec to join him and co-host Janette Manrara on Strictly’s It Take Two.

Rylan Clark reveals his wish list for a new man after his marriage crumbled

He said: “I hope it’s a ménage à trois – I’ve been waiting for that for years.

“He’s always been welcome on the show.”

It comes after Rylan told us that he had to disappear in order to feel better about his marriage break down – and also sees it as a “f***ed up blessing”.

When asked what advice he has for anyone going through something similar, Rylan said: “Do what’s right for you.

“What was right for me was to disappear to get bad, to feel s**t, to lose myself.

“I didn’t want to that, but it happened.

“I get a lot of messages from people saying they’re going through a break-up or a divorce and I usually think I wish I can help you, but I can’t.”

Despite his heart ache, the TV presenter has tried to see the positive in what has happened to him.

Rylan added: “It’s only now all these months on that I can sit there and go that I’m glad I’ve been through that in a real f***** up way because I know I will never let myself let anyone let me feel like that.

“It’s almost like a cursed blessing.”
