Roger Federer is possibly one of the most popular tennis players on this planet, if not the most. He definitely has the most fan following among the Big Four.

His countless supporters must have been missing his graceful presence on the court for quite some time given how the Swiss maestro has been out of the circuit with injuries since the 2020 Australian Open. When will Roger Federer be back?

Federer’s last match on the ATP tour was at Wimbledon last year. As a 39-year-old player, he broke Ken Rosewall’s previously held record by becoming the oldest quarterfinalist. He ultimately lost to Hubert Hurkacz in straight sets, being bageled in the third set.

His last update said that there had been some hiccups with his rehab timeline. He said that he will have to skip not only the clay season but the grass season as well. Though the exact timeline of his return is still unknown, we just hope that he remains healthy and that we can see him back on the court, at a competitive level as soon as possible!
