VIDEO: Dale Earnhardt Jr-TJ Majors Recreate Their Hendrick Motorsports Partnership in Heartwarming Exchange on NASCAR Return

The Martinsville Speedway saw Dale Earnhardt Jr making a comeback. The former NASCAR Cup Series driver made his appearance in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this week in Virginia. Dale reunited with his spotter TJ Majors and Crew Chief Jason Stockert from the Hendrick Motorsports days. Sweet reunion, isn’t it?

In the video shared by the official NASCAR channel on YouTube, Dale Earnhardt Jr is seen having a conversation on race with his spotter TJ on the radio while he was driving. In the video the spotter managed to get the 47-year-old driver and his car out of harm’s way.

While making the moves, TJ starts with, “Alright, leader 10 from the mark. Drive away. Green green green. All fine, all fine, all fine. Check it out, brake brake brake. Stop Stop Stop. Go through the middle, go through the middle. Stop stop stop stop. Drive through the middle. Your lane’s open, your lane’s open, your lane’s open. You’re good, come through, you’re clear.”

Once the crash site had been cleared off, Earnhardt Jr appreciated Majors, “You got me through it, you did it. Hehe good job.”. To that TJ concludes, “Alright, Imma go to strap now. Alright buddy.”

To talk about Dale Earnhardt Jr and TJ Majors, the duo has a long history together. The duo met each other during the iRacing back in 1990. However, the bond between the two grew during their time at Hendrick Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series.

The 47-year-old finished the race 11th and stated that he wants more.

Moreover, the NASCAR analyst on NBC conveyed, “I really love Martinsville, and I think I didn’t get everything out of that that I wanted in terms of performance, so I’d love to go back and try again to run better knowing what I know now.”
