WWE WrestleMania 38 had everything, from surprise returns to new champions. “The Most Stupendous Two-Night Event In WrestleMania History” had the fans at the edge of their seats.
And not only did the show entertain the fans, but it also registered some great numbers. WrestleMania 38 also gave a tough competition to NFL Super Bowl LVI in terms of numbers.
Thus, giving competition to the NFL proves that the show was a major hit among the audience.
In a recent update, Darren Rovell revealed WWE made $5.4 million from onsite event merchandise sales during WrestleMania 38.
Darren also noted, “The average person spent $26. AT&T Stadium sold out of every WWE Championship Title belt.”

The crowd at the AT&T Stadium in Texas loved Stone Cold Steve Austin’s presence on both the nights of WrestleMania 38. This moment between Vince and Steve Austin really made some fans nostalgic.
