Man City fan Liam Gallagher reveals he’s ‘really upset’ with himself over now-deleted death threat to Atletico’s Savic
LIAM GALLAGHER apologised and was “really upset” after posting a now-deleted death threat to Stefan Savic.
The Oasis frontman is arguably Manchester City’s most famous fan.

And after his beloved side survived the battle at the Wanda Metropolitano, he sent a vile message to the Atletico Madrid defender, who was the main perpetrator.
Gallagher wrote: “Stefan Savic this is a threat if I come across you ya goofy looking C*** your [sic] dead MCFC.”
However, after calming down and recognising his error, he got rid of the post and added a follow-up tweet.
The remorseful Mancunian said: “I’m really upset and annoyed at myself I feel I’ve let all my fans down by my outlandish behaviour I’m a role model to GROWN UPS hope you can forgive me.

However, the 49-year-old did not say sorry to Savic despite the disgusting threats.
Savic was the pantomime villain in Madrid this week as he riled up the City players.
With his side desperately trying to find a breakthrough to force extra time in the Champions League quarter-final, the Montenegro defender charged at Phil Foden to drag him off the pitch.

That sparked a mass brawl in which he headbutted Raheem Sterling and then pulled Jack Grealish’s hair.
Despite the availability of VAR, Savic escaped with only a yellow card.
But after his side were knocked out, he tried to chase Grealish down the tunnel and resume their fiery spat.
BT Sport pundit Rio Ferdinand said: “Distasteful behaviour from the Atletico players, they should be embarrassed with some of the antics they have gone on with.
“You have to say, talking about football, well done to Atletico Madrid as they made Manchester City play in a way we haven’t seen for a long time, took them out of their rhythm and their stride.
“But some of the stuff towards the end was not what you want to see on a football pitch.”
