A FASHION lover was mortified after trying on a swimsuit she had spent a whopping £345 on.
With a wide array of brands and choices, as well as a delivery straight to your doorstrep, online shopping is one of the best things to have happened to mankind – but it doesn’t always go smoothly, and one woman’s experience serves as proof.

Ahead of her holiday to the sunny coasts of Cabo, the TikTok user Bondenavant (@bondenavant) decided to have a scroll online for swimsuits until she found the perfect one.
However, despite splashing several hundreds – the garment retails for £345 on NET-A-PORTER – it is safe to safe her expectations weren’t fulfilled.
In a video, which has since gone viral, racking up close to 318,000 views on TikTok, the woman shared the major fashion blunder, leaving people in hysterics.
When she bagged a stunning, bright fuchsia halterneck swimsuit, Bondenavant couldn’t have been more excited.

Designed by the luxury brand, Christopher Esber, the chic swimsuit comes with a number of alluring cutout detailing which elevate the otherwise simple design.
Purchasing the garment seemed promising, especially seeing as it’s been sold out almost everywhere.
Unfortunately, upon receiving the delivered goods, the fashion lover wasn’t so impressed with what she had just splurged out on, as she posted a What I bought vs. what I got.
In a short try-on, the TikTok-famous skincare guru could be seen posing in front of the camera wearing the new clothing piece.

But whilst the colour seemed to be a perfect match – albeit slightly darker – the fit was nothing like what the woman had imagined, as she had her flesh squeezing out the various cutouts in the tummy area.
Although these are completely normal and nothing to concerned or self-conscious about, Bondenavant appeared to be mortified at how the expensive swimsuit looked on her.

”When you’re an XS and it looks like this….” she wrote in the comments, describing the process of swimsuit shopping as ”horrific”.
The major fail left viewers in stitches, with many taking it to comments to tag friends and share their thoughts.
”I didn’t know what I was expecting… but this was not it!!!” confessed one.
Another added: ”Raise your hand if you’ve been victimized by online swimsuit shopping.”
