Mrs Hinch fans shares ‘miracle’ £1 product which gets rid of mould and grime from outdoor cushion covers in minutes
WITH summer fast approaching and temperatures heating up, people are starting to think about getting their gardens sorted out.
From mowing lawns and weeding flowerbeds to painting outdoor furniture ready for the barbecue months.

But one thing that often gets overlooked is sorting out the outdoor cushions, which can collect mould if they’re left out from the year before.
One woman took to Facebook to ask fellow fans of cleaning guru Mrs Hinch for advice on getting her outdoor cushions back up to scratch.
“Stupidly left my cushions from my garden furniture out over winter,” she wrote.

“I’ve sprayed them with mould spray and washed them on a 90C but still pretty grim.”
While she was inundated with responses, the most popular answer was recommending the Astonish Mould and Mildew spray.
Leanne’s post was inundated with responses from Mrs Hinch fans but the most common answer was to use Astonish Mould and Mildew Blaster spray.
“Mould and mildew spray from Astonish is great,” one wrote.

“Saturate the cases with the spray before you put it in the bath.
“Let it sit and then wash in the washing machine.”
Another agreed, writing: “I did the exact same!
“Mine were absolutely revolting! Like 10 times worse than yours!
“I pegged them on the line and drenched in Astonish Mould and Mildew.

“I sprayed twice as I missed a couple of patches and left in the sun. Within 24 hours they looked brand new again!”
And given that the spray costs just £1 a bottle, it’s a cleaning hack that isn’t going to break the bank either.
